Infrared Thermography

Our Infrared Thermography is performed with an IR camera to reveal multiple hidden issues in a property that would otherwise go unnoticed. This is a perfect inspection to add on to any General Home Inspection or Pre-Listing Inspection. Some of the defects that our Infrared Thermography Inspection can detect are:

hidden water damage
missing insulation
pipe leaks
air leaks around windows and/ or doors
overheating electrical components
